This is our core running programme, delivered as a block of 6 sessions to enable us to successfully re-pattern and re-educate a more efficient and faster running style.

The first session is dedicated to analysing how you move. We start by completing a Functional Movement Assessment to assess the quality of your movement and identify any underlying imbalances, restrictions or poor movement habits that may be affecting your running.

We will then film you running on the treadmill and complete a Biomechanical Video Analysis. Utilising software analysis your running coach can clearly show you any weak links or poor habits that you have developed in your running. 

The next 5 training sessions are dedicated to teaching and coaching improved biomechanics, strong form and efficient technique that are the key factors to improving you as a runner. We also provide ‘running homework’ between sessions in the form of run specific strength and conditioning exercises, flexibility and mobility. We will also introduce specific training sessions throughout the coaching process to reinforce what you have learnt in the coached sessions. This will help to gain essential knowledge and confidence to keep you improving as a runner.
