His experience of working with highly driven individuals and getting results, led to opportunities to work in the world of elite sport including 7 years as Performance Trainer and Lead Therapist for Subaru World Rally Team.
John now shares the benefit of this world class experience at JM Complete Fitness Sports & Injury Clinic with individuals requiring a tailored fitness programme to get specific results. He also work with companies with particular staff development needs and sports professionals requiring a bespoke service to support and enhance their current training schedule and personal goals.
